This photo was shot from the Cape Horn viewpoint on Washington's highway 14, about 7 miles East of Washougal.
Here we see vague sunlight through fluffy white clouds following a very dark rainstorm up the Gorge on a warm day in early Summer.
  I pass this place about 20 times a year, and this was the only time I'd ever in 60 years seen anything like it.
